PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 50% payable by Visa, MasterCard or check, within 120 days of booking will confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your visit. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For this reason we uphold a strict,"No Refund", cancellation policy. We regret that no refund is possible for non-guided fishing days, non-arrival or early departure.
We highly recommend that guests purchase travel/trip insurance, Travel Insurance. Please contact us for more information. Delta, United, and American have daily flights to Billings. We provide complimentary shuttle service from the Billings Logan International Airport(BIL) and are happy to assist you with additional transportation information.
